Modern medicine has conveniently seperated the mind and body and treats them as two seperate entities. In reality, the mind is present all over the body.
We are taught to talk about and understand our feelings and emotions, however the only way to fully integrated our wide range of emotions and experiences are by feeling them in our bodies.
This presentation talks about the importance of using your body as a tool to not only feel your emotions but to also live a wholesome integrated life.
About Chandana Reddy
I am a human with childlike curiosity. Nothing is beneath me or nothing is beyond reach!
I have been a practising Radiation Oncologist for the last 5 years and a doctor of Modern medicine for the last 15 years.
As a doctor, I learnt how to treat the symptoms, not the root of the diseases patients presented to me with. That was unsettling.
In my journey of self, I discovered the magic of the Soma – The Body.
That was a pivotal moment of my life.
I am now a Somatic coach that facilitates “Within the Body” to teach people how to connect with their body’s wisdom to not only live a disease free life but a wholesome – integrated life.

When the world feels uncertain, clients often arrive in coaching overwhelmed, emotionally reactive or desperate for certainty that no coach can honestly provide.
This one-hour interactive webinar explores how coaches can help clients remain grounded, think flexibly and make conscious choices without minimising the reality of global events or drifting into advice, reassurance or therapy.
Using Magda Snowden’s Mental Agility Framework© — Awareness → Conscious Choice → Change, participants will discover practical coaching approaches for helping clients recognise unhelpful narratives, hold competing perspectives, regulate their response and focus their energy where they still have agency.
