Our thoughts shape how we see the world and how we respond to it. In this interactive webinar, you’ll learn how principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help you understand and work with your clients’ thinking patterns more effectively.
We’ll look at the ABC Model to explore how beliefs influence emotions and reactions, identify common cognitive distortions that often surface in coaching conversations, and discover practical ways to help clients re-examine their assumptions for fresh perspectives and meaningful growth.
Whether you’re a practicing coach or just beginning your journey, this session will give you insightful tools to guide conversations that lead to real, lasting change.

Being honest with yourself often brings you back to one simple question: What am I feeling in my body, right now?
This session explores how we embody our experiences, and how patterns like self-doubt, overthinking, or feeling stuck are held within the nervous system — not just the mind. Instead of analysing or fixing, participants are invited to slow down and begin sensing what is present.
Through a simple experiential process, we shift from thinking into feeling — allowing insight, regulation, and clarity to emerge more naturally. The session offers a practical way to recognise patterns, ground in the moment, and begin taking your lead from the body.
